From the comfort of your home you are able to schedule 60min design call via Google Meets or Zoom where you are given professional design direction and guidance to all of your design dillemmas.

  2. Your design dilemma? Q&A

  3. Designer will support and give recommendations to any design problem or question you may have with regard to a specific space or project on hand.

    PRICE: $ 165.00 hr

**Please note the 60min design call consultation does not include mood-boards, design plans, renderings or detailed shopping lists with product selections.

VIRTUAL ROOM MAKEOVER

WHAT WILL BE DISCUSSED and SUGGESTED:

  1. Overall style & aesthetic preferences

  2. Space planning & room furniture placement

  3. Finishes and materials recommendations

  4. Furniture style recommendations

  5. Decorative lighting recommendations

  6. Window treatment recommendations

  7. Decorative accessories (art, rugs, small accessories) recommendations

    INCLUDES:

  8. Digital floor plan of the space drafted in CAD software

    (provided that the client shares room dimensions with all window, door locations and heights)

  9. Digital Mood Board (overall finishes and materials selections, furniture and lighting styles, complimenting accessories)

  10. Colourful 3D rendered room perspective illustration the design concept for the space (1 scene)

Have you recently purchased your dream condo and now wondering how you can make your space the absolute best which reflects your lifestyle and the way you live. The condo therapy package will help you achieve your design goals with the help of KEi at your service.
